Financial aid is awarded on a yearly basis. Families are required to apply and demonstrate financial need for each year of enrollment. The Financial Aid Committee announces financial aid awards in March and throughout the spring for the upcoming academic year as funds remain available.  To receive priority consideration for financial aid, submit the application for admission by the priority deadline, follow the steps below and meet all priority financial aid deadlines.

STEP 1
A. To apply online, visit the School and Student Service (SSS) website.

Or

B. To apply by mail, obtain the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) application form from the Admission Office by calling 215-579-6546. 

STEP 2
A. Click on the prompt to begin your Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS). Complete the form and submit it to SSS.

Note: Before submitting, you will be given a password that will allow you to return to your PFS at a later date and check the status of your application.

Or

B. Mail the PFS and the supporting documentation listed in step 3 to SSS.  Please include the PFS Documentation Cover Sheet with any supporting documents.

STEP 3
Please mail the following required supporting documentation to SSS.  Please include the PFS Documentation Cover Sheet with any supporting documents.

• Current employer W-2 forms and/or other income/earnings statements.
• IRS forms 1040 for 2008 and 2009, with all schedules.
• Any IRS forms that are in the student’s name (1040 forms, 1099 forms, etc.)

Note: In cases of separation, divorce, or where parents have never been married, both parents must submit all forms.
