ESL Applicant Information

Our English as a Second Language (ESL) Program is big…and small.

It's big in its importance. We want our campus to be a diverse and interesting place. It's part of who we are. And having a multi-cultural community makes it possible.

But our ESL classes are small. This is also important because it means you'll do better here. You'll get more attention and more help. Of course, keeping our classes small makes it more competitive to get into George School, especially into our ESL program. And because diversity is so important to us, we limit the number of students from any one language group.

But don't let this discourage you! Get started on your application now. If you are applying for the 10th or 11th grade ESL program, you'll need to first contact the Admission Office to find out if there are any spaces open in your grade.
