George School is committed to being a diverse community. We are proud to have an international student population that typically includes about 20 percent of our total student body. Over the past decade, George School’s international students have come from over 75 different countries.

Some of our international students are native English speakers or non-native speakers who are fluent in English.  These students are prepared for George School's mainstream academic program.  Other international students need to further develop their English proficiency. These students are enrolled in our advanced English as a Second Language (ESL) program. 

If you are not a native English speaker, we need to determine your appropriate level of English study. Therefore, if your primary language of academic instruction has not been in English for the past four or more years, you will need to complete the supplemental requirements for non-native English speakers.
