Current Research on Boarding Schools
Parents overwhelmingly report that they chose a boarding school for their child because these schools offer the best academic experience possible. Research conducted on behalf of The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS) by the Art & Science Group highlight some of the findings about both day and boarding students who attend boarding schools:

91% of boarding school students identify their schools as academically challenging, compared to 50% of public school students and 70% of private day school students. |

87% of boarding school graduates report being very well prepared academicallly for college, compared to 39% of public school students and 71% of private day school students. |

44% of boarding school graduates achieved postions in top management by mid-career, compared to 27% of public school graduates and 33% of private day school graduates. |

90% of boarding school alumni say they would repeat their boarding school experience if given the opportunity. |
