Day Students

At George School, you and the other day students make up about half the student body. But there's really only one thing that's different between you and the boarders: You don't have a bed. Well, not a designated one. You may want to spend the night, from time to time.  Many day students do!

Seriously, as a day student you have complete access to everything at George School—academic study halls, services, resources, even 21 meals a week.

Of course, as a day student, you can take boarding student friends home and let them pet your dog and meet your family. The boarders at George School come from around the world so, for your parents and siblings, these weekends can be flat-out amazing. Of course, maybe mom and dad are already part of George School; from baking cookies to serving on committees, day student parents keep this place humming!

Ultimately, as a day student you've got both worlds. But you've also got the brand new thrill of George School. Sure, that may mean you spend a few nights awake, sorting through the two great lives you're living at once. But as you stare up at the stars, you'll feel confident and empowered. You know you have a place, and we don't just mean to lay your head.
