Welcome to the George School Children's Center.

The George School Children's Center is Quaker affiliated and provides children with a loving, friendly, secure atmosphere where they can develop socially, physically and spiritually. We seek to help children learn to resolve conflicts, to embrace peace, to appreciate diversity, and to seek the best in themselves and all other living beings.

George School Children's Center is a 9 1/2 month, five-morning preschool for children two to five years, September through June. Extended care is available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Full-time care is also available for infants and toddlers.

The George School Children's Center has been located on the beautiful 240-acre George School campus in Newtown, Pennsylvania since 1988.

George School Children's Center (GSCC) was founded in 1988 by George School faculty members and is fully licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. It is open to the public without regard to race, color, religion, or national origin.

George School Children's Center has earned accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and four Keystone STARS.  The George School Children's Center is an equal opportunity care provider.
