The Meeting Set for George School

Issued: Friday, March 5, 2004

What would have happened if Malcolm X and Martin Luther King Jr. had met before they were assassinated, just three years apart?

This question serves as the centerpiece for The Meeting, a play written by Jeff Stetson, which will be performed at George School on Friday, March 5, 2004, at 10 a.m. The performance will be held in Walton Center on the campus of George School.

Pin Points Theatre, a Washington, DC - based company will present the critically acclaimed drama about the lives, philosophies and times of Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X.

Established in 1980, Pin Points Theatre provides programs that combine education and entertainment. Pin Points programs have won several NAACP Theatre Awards and have garnered six New York Audience Development Committee (AUDELCO) nominations.
