George School's varsity girls' lacrosse team played an exhibition game against St. Paul's Girls' School of London, England, on Tuesday, April 1, 2008. Coached by Kate Machemer '99, daughter of George School faculty Paul '65 and Pam Machemer, the team from St. Paul's stopped at George School as part of a lacrosse tour. George School Girls' Athletic Director Nancy Bernardini, head coach of the varsity girls' lacrosse team, is Kate's former coach.
