Lisa Bernardini '08 has signed a national letter of intent to play Division I soccer with Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. "Receiving an athletic scholarship to a Division I university in any sport is a major accomplishment, and for her hard work and dedication over many years, she is to be heartily congratulated," George School soccer coach Tom Griffith said of Lisa. He noted, "She was the team's leading scorer in each of her four seasons." A forward, Lisa's career totals are 49 goals, 36 assists, and 134 total points. At George School, she has also been a guard on the basketball team and has scored highly as an attacking midfielder on the lacrosse team.
