"The boarding and day school’s new $12.5 million Mollie Dodd Anderson Library, named in honor of Dodd Anderson’s 12-year-old granddaughter, is the first new building on the campus in 30 years."
"Dodd Anderson made news in 2007 for her $128.5 million donation to the school, which has been cited as the largest single gift ever given to an existing independent school in the United States. A third of the donation came in the form of stock in Buffett’s company Berkshire Hathaway."
"Buffett was on hand to honor his relationship with Dodd Anderson’s father, David Dodd, the Columbia Business School professor who Buffett said taught him everything he needed to know about investing."
