George School received the Web Marketing Association's 2009 WebAward for Standard of Excellence in the School category along with its design consultant, mStoner.

"The WebAwards are the Internet's premier award competition that judges website development against an ever increasing Internet standard of excellence and against peer sites within an industry," explained William Rice, president of the Web Marketing Association. More than two thousand sites from forty-five countries were adjudicated in ninety-six industry categories during this year's competition. Entries were judged on design, copy writing, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, and use of technology.
