Exams planned for Monday March 2 will proceed as scheduled for all boarders and any day students on campus. Day students off campus have several options as the weather forecast for Philadelphia at this time is for eight to sixteen inches of snow between Sunday, March 1 and Monday, March 2.

Day student families should use extreme caution as they make their decision about coming to school on Monday. If the roads are unsafe, DO NOT TRY TO GET TO SCHOOL!

Day students can make up their Arrangement 6 exam on Tuesday afternoon and their Arrangement 4 exam on Wednesday afternoon.

This revised schedule means that some students may have three exams in one day. If taking three exams in one day creates a major problem for day students or their families, day students can come to campus tonight before it begins to snow. We will be happy to put them up in one of our dorms. Day students who want to stay overnight in the dorms must register with the deans office. Please bring a sleeping bag, towel, clothes, and study materials.
