"Ursinus senior goalkeeper LauraLee Lightwood-Mater was named as the Centennial Conference Field Hockey Defender of the Week on Monday afternoon by the conference office," reports the Ursinus Athletics website. "Lightwood-Mater had 13 saves in a 2-0 week for the Bears, including six saves in a 4-0 win over nationally-ranked William Smith."

Ursinus College is currently undefeated in the Centennial Conference, 12-1 overall, and ranked fourth in the country for Division III field hockey. Read more.
