GS Pool Opens for Community Swimming

George School’s Community Swim Program will begin its seventh year of lap and open swimming on Tuesday, September 7, 2010. Full annual memberships and pay-per-swim plans are available. Annual memberships cost between $50 and $475 based on the programs selected.

Located at the indoor Marshall-Platt Pool in Worth Sports Center, the swim program runs until June 10, 2011. The pool will be open on weekdays only from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, evening hours will be offered on Mondays and Thursdays from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. From November 8, 2010, to February 25, 2011, daytime swimming will end at 2:00 p.m. Dates are subject to change depending on the George School athletic schedule.
