GS Softball Team Members Making a Difference

Issued: Tuesday, April 6, 2010Author: Rick WoelfelPublication: Bucks County Courier Times

"Rachael Lippincott has yet to play her first game for George School, but the freshman is already making an impact off the field. The Yardley resident is active with the Miracle League, an organization devoted to teaching softball skills to individuals with physical and mental disabilities," reports Rick Woelfel of the Bucks County Courier Times.

"It's really great. The players are amazing to watch. They put a lot of effort into everything they do. It's very inspiring," says Rachael in the article.

Rick's article also highlights seniors Elsabeth Graebener and Rebecca Gerecke's recent service trip to Ghana where they worked at Christ Foundation Academy, an elementary school founded by, among others, a George School parent and her family.
