"The George School field hockey team had a bonanza Wednesday registering four goals to defeat nonleague rival Morrisville, 4-0," reports Drew Markol of phillyBurbs.com. With a 0-0 tie at half time, the George School team rallied together and filled the gaps to create a passing game that was hard to defend against. The first goal was scored by attack player Anna Samkavitz '11, with an assist from Willa Rowan '11. Second and fourth goals came from Willa, also an attack player, with assists from Kathrine Mahoney '12 and Meredith Allen '12. Meredith scored the third goal off of a penalty corner on the left goal post.
