George School's varsity girls' track team brought their season record to an astonishing 7-0 overall and for the second consecutive season, 4-0 in the Friends Schools League at their recent meet against Westtown School. "With just two more non-league dates on the schedule GS will try to finish an undefeated regular season and prepare for the League championship meet and Independent School State Championships next month," reports William Gardner of

Priscilla Wiggins '12 lowered the school record in the mile in addition to setting a new record in the 1600 meter run of 5:07. This ranks her sixth in the state and in the top 100 in the country thus far this outdoor season.
In the 800 meter run, Priscilla helped pace Jacqueline Jones '13 to a new personal record of 2:30.5, which now ranks Jacqueline in the top 100 in the state in that distance.
"Over half of the team scored points today, so the win was not just a couple of great athletes but a true team effort," says head coach Stephen Moyer.
