George School's Edelblut Headed to William & Mary

Issued: Thursday, November 11, 2010Author: Stuart LondonPublication: Bucks County Courier Times

"George School's golf team is officially co-ed, but Kellie Edelblut is the entire female contingent of the team. Next year, things will be very different for her," reports Stuart London of the Bucks County Courier Times. Kellie recently signed a national letter of intent to play Division I golf at The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. "I'm very excited that I will be with girls who share the same interest," said Kellie in the article.

Kellie is scheduled to play her fourth season on George School’s varsity golf team this spring, and has contributed to the team’s two consecutive Friends Schools League (FSL) championship wins in 2009 and 2010, the second of which ended a perfect 15-0 season for the team. She is the only female member of George School’s golf team and one of the few in the FSL.
