The George School varsity girls' soccer team opened the 2010 season with a solid 2-1 win over a tough team from The Hill School.

From the opening whistle, the Cougars demonstrated their ability to maintain possession during a strong first half. With five minutes remaining and the game tied 1-1, Priscilla Wiggins '12 brought the crowd to its feet with an electric play. After receiving a pass, Wiggins beat three defenders and the Hill keeper to slot the ball into the back of the net. Read more.
