The varsity girls’ basketball team opened its season with an exciting victory over Villa Victoria 46-7 in the first round of the Cougar Classic on Friday, December 2, 2011.

In addition to a 3-point goal by Stephanie Heys ’12, Kim Muth ’15 “grabbed seven rebounds for the Cougars,” reports phillyBurbs.com.

With this win, George School advanced to the championship game against Solebury School.
