“I thought George School would have a good balance between academic life and social life—and it does!”
Describe a memorable lesson you learned outside of class.
In my home and my old school, we did not really mention gay people, and if we did the atmosphere became strained. At George School nobody cares about people’s sexual orientation.
George School really taught me to like people for who they are. Now at home and with friends from my old school, I have discussed the issue of gay rights and I can see my friends are learning the same lesson I have learned here, not to judge others and to see them for who they are without trying to change anything about them.
