“Nancy Kryven makes any topic fun by turning it into an interactive learning activity. The teachers and coaches at George School are the best.”
Why George School? Why board?
I decided to come to George School because I knew it would offer challenging courses, be a fun and welcoming place with diverse people, and give me a taste of independence as a boarder.
Now that I’m here, the most memorable lesson I’ve learned about being independent is that by managing your time, you can balance academics, friends, and visiting places off-campus.
I remember having an important thesis paragraph due. Instead of leaving it for the last minute, I wrote it during free time, which gave me time to get it checked and revise it. As a result, I got a perfect score and had no stress. Since that experience, I do work whenever I have free time, which leaves more time for fun.
