Deadlines June 3. Deadline for ordering commencement DVD and photos. Enjoy photo galleries from commencement week 2011. July 15. Proof of student health insurance is required. If we do not receive verification of your child’s private health insurance by July 15, 2011, he/she will be automatically enrolled in the UnitedHealthcare plan offered by George School and you will be billed for the $1,640 annual fee.   August 1. The Returning Student Physical form for 2011-2012 is due. Physicals must be performed between March 1 and August 1, 2011. There is a $50 late fee for any returning student physical received after August 1. RETURN TO TOP Upcoming Events May 31 to June 3. Final exams. Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors leave after their last exam.  August 22. Preseason begins on Monday August 22 for invited varsity potential athletes for soccer, football, tennis, cross country, and field hockey. Please take a moment to look at the descriptions of the volunteer opportunities available for the 2011-2012 school year and sign-up via this electronic survey. Student Bank Accounts for Returning Students. Please remind your child to report to the bank to update the status of his or her account. Underclassman with a TD Bank ATM card, cash, or checkbook may store these items in the Student Bank over the summer if they will not be used. The Parent Annual Fund Committee urges you to consider making your gift or pledge today so we can reach our goal of 100 percent participation. As of May 27, we are at 59 percent. Donations are due June 30. The SOURCE Institute for Human Performance at George School will be open all summer for parents, students, and friends of George School. A host of professional services will be offered, including individual training sessions, and small-group and team-training sessions. Registration for 2011-2012 is available online at my.georgeschool.org under the Parents tab. Please note that proof of student health insurance is due July 15 and Returning Student Physical forms are due by August 1. Online Billing. Monthly statements of George School charges are available online at GS Accounts Online.
