Returning Student Registration 2012-13

Review Academic Calendar for 2012-13.

All students must have a new physical exam every year. Please contact your physician now and schedule your child's physical exam for the 2012-13 academic year. Since many insurance companies only cover the cost of one exam per year, the timing of the exam is important, especially with busy summer plans. Exams may be scheduled at your physician's office or at a walk-in medical clinic in your local drug, discount, or grocery stores. This year's physical must be performed between March 1 and August 1, 2012. All forms are due August 1. There is a $50 late fee for any returning student physical received after August 1.
