In order to provide the best possible educational experience for students we must provide them with the best teachers. George School has some of the best, and they deserve to be compensated well. In addition, many of our most experienced teachers will be reaching retirement age within the next ten years, when the nation anticipates a significant teacher shortage. Additional endowment funds for faculty compensation are crucial to our ability to attract and retain the finest teachers.
