Boys’ Basketball Outshines StemCivics Charter School

The boys’ varsity basketball team defeated StemCivics Charter School on Thursday, December 15. George School stepped up their defense allowing them to keep an above ten lead for the majority of the game.

New sophomore Charlie Trey-Masters ’19 scored thirteen points, while Darius Brummell ’17 topped the score sheet with seventeen points. The team worked in perfect harmony, calling out the right plays. The players on the bench cheered for every point made, keeping the energy of the team up.

Following multiple losses earlier this season, the team worked together to accomplish their first win of the season. George School’s next game is scheduled for Thursday, January 5 when the team takes on Plumstead Christian School.
