On Monday, June 18, 2018 George School Day Camp (GSDC) will open for the 2018 season. “We have three new attractions this year,” said Beau Byrtus, athletic director for auxiliary programs. “We have a giant swing, an improved gaga dome, and the flying squirrel. Campers can look forward to an amazing summer!”
GSDC is also pleased to welcome Amica, a camp for children and teens with social and developmental challenges. “We are very much looking forward to welcoming Amica campers to George School,” said Beau.
GSDC is once again hoping to be named the Best Day Camp in Bucks County. This will be the third consecutive year the camp receives the honor, if awarded. “We think we have a lot to offer, a lot that sets us apart from other local camps and are really thankful for receiving that honor the past two years,” said Beau. “Hopefully, we can keep it up.”
Voting for the Best of Bucks competition begins June 24.
