Khy Zungu ’18

Rutgers University- New Brunswick
A course that got Khy thinking about thinking had her thinking about psychology.

Did George School change how you think?

My favorite class junior year was Theory of Knowledge with Tom Hoopes ’83. It challenged me to explore different ways of thinking and learning and to listen to different perspectives and understand other people’s thought processes. I think I became more tolerant but also more open to hearing other people’s thoughts. I know I became more sympathetic.

ToK changed my life because now I want to major in psychology and criminology in college.

What was your favorite weekend at George School?

Student Council Weekend was exciting. There was a Slip ’n Slide on South Lawn along with a celebration of Holi, egg tosses, and volleyball games.
