Welcome to George School, a Quaker all-gender boarding and day high school, founded in 1893. We hope that the links you find here will allow you to learn more about our students, their interests and passions, our community, and our academic curriculum.

We invite you to schedule a meeting with our students this fall, Monday, September 16–Friday, November 8, 2024. We will host in-person college representative visits during the day. View our visit calendar via Scoir Calendar and schedule a convenient time to meet with our students. We look forward to welcoming you to George School this fall!

College Visit Schedule Fall 2024

Monday: 9:45–10:15 a.m. and 11:40 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

Tuesday: 11:40 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

Wednesday: 9:45–10:15 a.m. and 11:40 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

Thursday: 11:40 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

Friday: 11:40 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

Campus Directions

All on-campus meetings will be held in Main Building on George School's campus. Once you are on campus, please follow the signs to Admission and park in the circular parking lot. Enter the Admission Office through the double doors on the Main Building porch. We are located in Room 109.

IB Program

The IB is an international organization that offers a range of globally recognized educational programs. GS is among the first boarding schools in the United States to offer the IB Diploma Program.

Self-expression has long been a cornerstone of a GS education. With 12 different arts disciplines and 50+ arts courses, including AP and IB, students find their creative outlet here. They also regularly exhibit their work at the local and national levels.
