Chris Summa, the new head strength and conditioning coach at George School, believes that the three keys to successful training are movement, nutrition and mindset.

Our fitness center and program is designed to elevate student-athletes to their peak performance levels.
George School partners with Perseverance Strength and Conditioning (PSC), led by head coach Chris Summa, to offer a range of strength and conditioning programs that meet students where they are and challenge them to reach beyond what they believe possible.
"Ultimately, the goal of our program is to build character and self-discipline," says Chris, "life-long skills that will support their growth beyond the walls of the gym and impact their everyday lives for years to come."
Focusing on both individual and team, the program fosters a positive and collaborative environment where student-athletes learn from and support one another.
A fresh approach to strength and conditioning
