George School baseball competes in the Friends Schools League (FSL).
Training features both indoor and outdoor batting cages, ensuring year-round skill development. The program emphasizes improving fundamentals, strategic thinking and character-building — teaching teamwork, patience and perseverance.
Players sharpen hand-eye coordination, focus and decision-making while developing leadership and communication skills on and off the field.

Head Coach Sam Kauker '12
A distinguished alumnus of the program, Kauker previously served under longtime head coach Vince Campellone, gaining valuable experience and insight into the program’s tradition of excellence. He now assumes leadership of the Cougars, bringing a strong commitment to player development, competitive integrity, and the continued growth of George School baseball.
