Boys Tennis at George School
The George School Boys Varsity Tennis team, led by longtime head coach Pacho Gutierrez, competes in the Friends Schools League (FSL) and trains in our newly renovated tennis facility.
Coach Pacho brings over two decades of experience and a holistic approach that emphasizes character, mental toughness and personal growth alongside athletic skill.
The program fosters discipline, teamwork, and respect, creating a positive environment where players sharpen their strengths, develop smart strategies and thrive both on and off the court.

Anytime you coach a team that makes it to the FSL Finals, they are going to stand out, and when they become 'champs,' they bring great satisfaction to us as coaches. But there are other metrics to judge a team's success: how far the team has improved, how well they work together, are they stand-up individuals?"Pacho Gutierrez,
