Golf at George School
Golf at George School isn’t just about hitting great shots — it’s about building a strong mindset. Coach Paul Machemer believes in getting the basics down and sharpening your mental game with the sport. You’ll learn how to stay focused, bounce back from tough holes and play with purpose.
Every season, the team works together to improve, support each other and enjoy the journey.

This fall season was a tremendous step forward for George School golf. In several matches, our players exceeded expectations, twice averaging under 40 strokes per nine holes. For context, a team score of less than 40 per player typically wins almost every spring match. That’s a sign of real progress and potential." Paul Machemer,
Head Coach, Varsity Golf
