Jeffrey Love ’19 Selected for NCAA Division III 5000 Meter Championship

Jeffrey Love ’19 qualified for the 2022 Indoor NCAA Division III Championships for the second time in his collegiate career at Connecticut College and will race in the 5,000-meter run. Jeffrey posted a career-best mark of 14:27.74 in the 5,000 at the Tufts final qualifying meet in Medford, Massachusetts on March 5, 2022.

One Thousand Boxes and Counting

Artisan Woodworking Teacher, Carter Sio ’76, fell in love with woodworking when he was a student at George School. His own woodworking students have now created an estimated 1,000 purposeful keepsake boxes.

Varsity Girls’ Basketball Celebrates a PAISAA Championship Win

The varsity girls’ basketball team, seeded #3 in the Pennsylvania State Independent Schools Athletics Association (PAISAA), won their first game in the Commonwealth Cup Championship on Tuesday, February 22. The next game for the team at “States” is at home on Thursday, February 24 at 5:00 p.m.
