Newtown, PA 18940-2414
Directed by former Division 1 basketball player and current AAU coach Ralph Flowers, the George School Boys’ Basketball Camp is designed to teach the fundamentals and strategies of basketball. The camp schedule includes fundamental stations, lectures, and afternoon games, with an emphasis on what it takes to get to the next level in high school or college.
The goal of this camp is to improve each individual camper in different aspects of the game. We want each camper to understand what they need to work on over the remainder of the summer to become better basketball players.
The camp is open to boys ages of 9-16 with the goal of trying to improve his individual basketball game. Due to limited enrollment, participants are urged to register as soon as possible. Applications will be accepted on a first come basis.

For the past three years, Head Coach Ralph Flowers has been heavily involved in Delaware’s We R1 AAU program, and he currently serves as the 14U Head Coach. Last summer, he led the 13U team to their ninth place finish in the 2018 AAU National Championships.
Prior to this, Ralph was the Head Basketball Coach at Concord High School in Delaware for twelve years, where he managed the entire basketball program and coached the varsity athletes. By the end of his tenure, Ralph had accumulated the most wins of any basketball coach in the school’s history. In 2011, Ralph was selected as the Delaware High School Boys Basketball Coach of the Year. During his high school coaching tenure, Ralph also successfully ran a number of boys’ basketball summer camps.
Ralph is a former Division 1 basketball player at La Salle University. In 1992, he was one of twelve players selected from the US Army to the All-Army basketball team.
Ralph will run the George School Boys’ Basketball Camp with his former Concord High School staff and current AAU staff, who have been working together for nearly fifteen years.
