Registration for George School Day Camp
Deposit and Refund Policy
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at registration. You may pay the deposit by Visa, Mastercard, or eCheck. This deposit will be credited against the remaining balance of your camp tuition. The $200 deposit is non-refundable.
Your tuition balance must be paid by June 1. If a camper withdraws from camp between June 1 and June 15 for any reason, an additional $100 cancellation fee will be charged, and you will be entitled to only a 30 percent refund of any tuition monies paid. Those who withdraw after June 15 will not be entitled to a refund of any tuition paid.
All camp fees (camp tuition, extended care, and busing) must be paid in full by June 1. Unpaid balances may jeopardize your child’s attendance at camp. Late fees will be assessed on any outstanding balance after June 1.
COVID-19 Refund Policy
We are hopeful that we will be able to operate camp this summer. If, however, camp is unable to open due to COVID-19 or should you not feel comfortable having your child(ren) participate in camp due to COVID-19, any payments that you have made (including the initial deposit) will be refunded or can be rolled over to the 2022 season.
If you register for camp and decide to withdraw, and the changes outlined above do not apply, you will be subject to our normal deposit and refund policy.
Upon completion of the registration, an automatic email confirmation will be sent to you. You may then access your George School Day Camp account at any time to make payments or changes to your child’s camp selections.
