Registration for George School Day Camp

Deposit and Refund Policy

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at registration. You may pay the deposit by Visa, Mastercard, or eCheck. This deposit will be credited against the remaining balance of your camp tuition. The $200 deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions.

Your tuition balance must be paid by June 1. If a camper withdraws from camp between June 1 and June 15 for any reason, an additional $100 cancellation fee will be charged, and you will be entitled to only a 30 percent refund of any tuition monies paid. Those who withdraw after June 15 will not be entitled to a refund of any tuition paid.

All camp fees (camp tuition, extended care, and busing) must be paid in full by June 1. Unpaid balances may jeopardize your child’s attendance at camp. Late fees will be assessed on any outstanding balance after June 1.

Upon completion of the registration, an automatic email confirmation will be sent to you. You may then access your George School Day Camp account at any time to make payments or changes to your child’s camp selections.

If you have questions about the registration process or general questions about the camp, please contact Elaine Lengle at gsdc4kids@georgeschool.org or call her at 215.579.6508.

George School’s EIN (Employer Identification Number) is 33-1044968. Please keep this information handy for your end of year tax information or Dependent Care reimbursement programs.

George School Day Camp Carpool

Our campers arrive and depart via carpool. Because of the volume of cars arriving, particularly for afternoon pick up, we ask that parents plan not to arrive before 3:50 p.m. Our activities are scheduled until 3:40 p.m. every day, the campers need time to gather their things, pick up a beverage, and head out to the carpool line. We begin dismissal of campers at 4:00 p.m.

To ensure the safety of all campers, we ask that parents observe some practical safety precautions:

  1. Drive slowly: there is a 14 mph speed limit while on campus.
  2. Please be aware that while two cars can safely pass each other, the carpool loop road is narrow. Proceeding at a slow and safe speed will ensure the safety of everyone while on campus.

The carpool route map will be emailed in the spring.
