Alumni Award
Congratulations to Donzaleigh Abernathy ’75, the 2025 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient!
The Distinguished Alumni Award recognizes alumni who have used their talents, expertise, and personal commitment to make a positive impact on those around them. Among Donzaleigh’s many career and volunteer accomplishments, her work as a civil rights activist, author, and actress led the committee to select her for this year’s award.
Donzaleigh accepted her award on Saturday, May 3 during the All-Alumni Gathering.
Reunion Giving
Whether it’s been five or fifty years since you graduated, this May marks a special occasion for your class. Reunions are an opportunity to reflect on the impact George School had on your life and the lives of your classmates.
Please consider making a gift to support the people, places, and programs that make George School special. Reunion giving is a tradition that links Georgians of every generation. Your generosity honors the past and supports the future.
Together, we light the way for students on their journey to “let their lives speak.”
