Parents and Guardians:
In booking travel arrangements, please be mindful that the final day of a term is a class day. When students miss this day it can impact their academic work. These absences are considered unexcused.
About WIN Days:
There are NO classes on WIN Days, but students are expected to meet any obligations in Athletics or Performing Arts that fall on these days.
August
21 Boarding prefects move in; training begins for day and boarding prefects.
24 Boarding preseason athletes move in.
- Preseason runs from August 24-31.
- There is a required meeting for ALL preseason athletes at 1:00 p.m. on August 24.
- Preseason is for invited students only; please email the appropriate coach by August 1.
25 International student mentors move in.
25 New Student Orientation captains move in.
27 New international boarding students move in.
28 New students move in; NSO begins.
- NSO is for ALL new students and runs from August 28-September 1.
- Day students are encouraged to stay on campus for dinner and evening activities throughout NSO.
