Academic Calendar

Review important dates for the 2025-2026 school year to make your travel plans early and mark your calendar.

*Please note: All dates listed below are tentative and subject to change. This shortened calendar lists only major dates and is convenient when making travel plans. 

Parents and Guardians:

In booking travel arrangements, please be mindful that the final day of a term is a class day. When students miss this day it can impact their academic work. These absences are considered unexcused. Students will be in class until 1:30 p.m. on the last day of classes before a school break. Students should plan to leave campus following their last obligation.

About WIN Days:

There are NO classes on WIN Days, but students are expected to meet any obligations in Athletics or Performing Arts that fall on these days.

School Breaks 2025-2026

Fall Break: Nov. 21-Nov. 30

Winter Break: Dec. 19-Jan. 4

Spring Break: March 13-22

*Students will be in class until 1:30 p.m. on the last day of classes before a school break. Students should plan to leave campus following their last obligation. They will be asked to enter their school break travel plans in REACH throughout the academic year.

On-Campus Weekends

  • September 5-7, 2025
  • November 15-17, 2025
  • December 12-14, 2025
  • January 9-11, 2026
  • March 27-29, 2026

*Boarding students are required to sleep on campus on Saturday and Sunday nights during On-Campus Weekends. On-Campus Weekends are scheduled throughout the academic year for intentional residential life social and bonding activities.

August

25 New International Student Arrival (1:00-3:00 p.m.)

27 New Student Arrival 

  • 9th grade boarding students (8:00-8:30 a.m.)
  • 11th and 12th grade boarding students (8:30-9:00 a.m.)
  • 10th grade boarding students (9:00-9:30 a.m.)
  • 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th grade day students (9:45-10:15 a.m.)

27-31 New Student Orientation (NSO)

  • NSO is for ALL new students and runs from August 27-31.
  • Day students are encouraged to stay on campus for dinner and evening activities throughout NSO.

31 Returning boarding students move in.

📍Appointed student leaders and preseason athletes will be asked to arrive before August 31 and will be notified about arrival dates.
