Jeffrey Love ’19 Named Performer to Watch

George School varsity track member Jeffrey Love ’19 was named as one of the top track performers to watch this winter by the Bucks County Courier Times.

Last year, “Jeffrey Love, of George School, came in sixth at the Meet of Champions in the 3,000,” reported Stuart London, correspondent, the Bucks County Courier Times.

Jeffrey was selected for the 2017 Courier Times Golden Teams for boys’ cross country. He finished third at the Pennsylvania Independent Schools Athletic Association meet with a time of 16:44.7, captured a Friends Schools League title with a time of 16:30.03, and won by better than 34 seconds. He also won the George School Invitational on September 16, 2017, finishing the race in 16:33 and took first place in Bristol’s Mill Street Run, setting a school record of 15:33.

Both the varsity boys’ and the varsity girls’ teams have a meet against the Peddie School on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 4:30 p.m.
