What to Bring

In addition to the items listed on the Preseason Athletic Camp packing list, please bring:

  • Racquet (please have your racquet strung within the last few months, also a grip that is in GOOD shape)
  • Sneakers (tennis or cross trainers)
Tentative Daily Schedule

Athletes are expected to eat all meals in the dining hall. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 8:15 a.m. Lunch is served from 11:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and dinner is served from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Monday, August 19
8:30 to 10:00 a.m. – Check-in (Marshall Center)
10:00 a.m. – – Courts
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Lunch
12:15 to 12:40 p.m. ImPact testing
12:30 to 5:00 p.m. – Courts
5:30 to 6:00 p.m. – Dinner
6:30 to 6:45 p.m. – Welcome meeting with Kurt Ruch (FAC)

Tuesday, August 20 through Thursday, August 22 
7:00 to 8:00 a.m. – Breakfast
8:30 to 11:30 a.m. – Courts
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Lunch
12:30 to 3:30 p.m. – Courts
3:30 to 4:00 p.m. – Swimming workout
5:30 to 6:00 p.m. – Dinner

Thursday, August 22 
6:15 p.m. – Ice cream social for all athletes (FAC)

Friday, August 23
7:00 to 8:00 a.m. – Breakfast
8:30 to 11:30 a.m. – Courts
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Lunch
12:30 to 3:30 p.m. – Courts
3:30 to 4:00 p.m. – Swimming workout
4:00 p.m. – Rita’s water ice
5:30 to 6:30 p.m. – Dinner

The tennis schedule for the second week of camp will be altered slightly from the first week because of student & faculty obligations.

Preseason camp resumes on Monday, August 26.
