What to Bring

In addition to the items listed on the Preseason Athletic Camp packing list, please bring:

  • Sneakers
  • Volleyball gear
Tentative Daily Schedule

Athletes are expected to eat all meals in the Dining Room:

  • Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 8:15 a.m.
  • Lunch is served from 11:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Dinner is served from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

“Practices” occur in the Geissinger Gymnasium (north/performance/wood floor gym).
“Workouts” occur in the Hayden Family Fitness Center.
“Aquatic workouts” occur in the Marshall-Platt Pool.

Monday, August 19
8:30 to 10:00 a.m. – Preseason registration in Marshall Center
10:00 to 10:30 a.m. – Coach/team introductions, FAC upper foyer lounge (near fitness room)
10:30 to 11:00 a.m. – Workout with Ian
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Lunch
1:25 to 2:00 p.m. ImPact testing
1:30 to 4:30 p.m. – Practice
5:00 to 6:00 p.m. – Dinner
6:30 to 6:45 p.m. – All preseason meeting, South/Multipurpose gym
7:00 to 8:00 p.m. – Practice
