Visiting Day and Conference Night October 2018

On Saturday October 20th, Parents Visiting Day, you can attend fifteen-minute classes in the morning to meet each of your child’s teachers and then join Head of School Sam Houser for his address in Walton Center Auditorium. Informational sessions in the afternoon include College Counseling as well as sessions about service learning programs. See below for details.

Parents Conferences

Should you have a particular concern, you may meet individually with teachers by scheduling conferences on Parents Visiting Day on Saturday, October 20, 2018, or on Conference Night on Tuesday, October 23, 2018. Online conference scheduling is now closed.  Please reach out directly to the teachers. Conference scheduling closed on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 for Visiting Day and Thursday, October 18, 2018 for Conference Night.

Fall Break

Fall break begins after a student’s last school commitment on Friday, October 19. There are no classes on Monday, October 22. Boarders return to campus by 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 22. Classes resume on Tuesday, October 23 at 8:00 a.m.

Conference Night: Tuesday, October 23, 2018

This evening is designed to provide additional opportunities to meet one-on-one with teachers. Seminars and class visits are on Visiting Day only.
