Andrew Arth ’19

Haverford College
Friends of all ages made a challenging course easier for Andrew.

Describe a challenge that you enjoyed.

I took intensive pre-calc as a sophomore. Being in a class with upperclassmen seemed difficult at first, but I made extremely strong friendships with those who sat around me and bonded with the teacher, who was also my assistant coach.

What did you learn from athletics at George School?

As a member of both varsity soccer and lacrosse, I learned the valuable skills of maintaining calmness under pressure, as well as how to balance my workload through various time-management strategies.
