Friends of all ages make a challenging course easier for Andrew Arth ’19.

Describe a challenge that you enjoyed.

Last year I took intensive pre-calc as a sophomore. Being in a class with upperclassmen seemed difficult at first, but I made extremely strong friendships with those who sat around me and bonded with the teacher, who is also my assistant coach.

What have you learned from athletics at George School?

As a member of both varsity soccer and lacrosse, I learned the valuable skills of maintaining calmness under pressure, as well as how to balance my workload through various time-management strategies.
