Grace Clark ’18

Temple University
Through her clubs, Grace learned how to be a leader.

What was your most interesting activity outside the classroom?

I ran a club called ROAR (Reaching Out for Animal Rights). I learned how to organize fundraisers and events, and it was really fun.

I also enjoyed leading discussions about body image and body positivity during Body Project club meetings.

Name a faculty member who had an impact on you.

I could always go to my advisor, Meredith, for anything. She is so kind and understanding, and we are interested in the same things.

More about Grace:

A leader of two clubs—ROAR and the Body Project—Grace performed community service at Woods Services, a local residential facility serving children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She played George School softball for three years.
