Steve Kulla ’81 Pens The Vanishing Dice Murder

The Vanishing Dice Murder: Urban Crime in Rural Pennsylvania is available on Amazon.

Vanishing Dice Murder: Urban Crime in Rural Pennsylvania, is based on a true homicide investigation from south-central Pennsylvania. Steve was appointed to represent the defendant and recounts the entire trial in the book.

“I tried this case in the Franklin County Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas in 2015, twenty-years after the murder of a young man,” said Steve. “The main accuser, Dice, disappeared for eighteen years prior to being captured in Georgia, causing the delay. The particulars of trying a murder twenty years after the occurrence made for a great story.”

Steve is a graduate of Colgate University and the Dickinson School of Law, Penn State University. He is a member of the Franklin County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of PCDL: Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.

Steve practices general, civil, and criminal law, with an emphasis on criminal litigation, civil litigation, and domestic relations / family law. He lives in Waynesboro with his wife, four children, and one grandchild.
