The girls’ varsity field hockey team clinched another win on Tuesday beating Morrisville High School 7 to 0. Sanaa Hebron ’22 was the leading scorer with four goals, followed by Izzy Robinson-Cloete ’20 with two. Eva Kinnel ’20 also scored one. Assists were made by Cosi Janssen ’20, Eva, and Ada Rose Wagar ’21.

“The defense did a nice job of stopping the Bulldogs from reaching our defensive circle,” said head coach Nancy Bernardini. “Vanessa Baker ’19, our goalie, did not touch the ball in the game because the defense stopped the Bulldogs from reaching our defensive circle. This is a great group of athletes. They love the game, play hard, use each other as they pass the ball down the field, and want to win.”

Last week the team defeated Conwell Egan with a score of 8 to 0.

The team hosts Lansdale Catholic on Saturday, September 15 at 1:00 p.m.
