George School becomes one of the first independent schools in the country to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma.
Okay, You Can Ride a Pony
The equestrian program begins on the site of the former pastures of the George School dairy farm.

The Moose mascot of arch-rival Westtown School appears on our campus.
Among Friends
Among Friends: An Original Review, a Musical Theater production, was performed at George School in May 1984 on Alumni Weekend. One of the many student-written musicals of the 1980s, Among Friends was a collaboration among Daniel Blinkoff ’84, David Klement ’84, and James Prosser ’85. The show included twenty-four scenes.
FRIDAY: 
FRIDAY: Cougar-Moose Kickback (try to wear green, Westtown will wear blue). After the BBQ dinner, come to Hallowell Porch at 7:30 p.m. for a dance featuring DJ Headrush. The dance will have Capri-Suns, popcorn, cotton candy, cookies, and spike ball. The dance ends at 10:00 p.m.
SATURDAY: Carnival from 12:00-5:00 p.m. on South Lawn with outdoor sports, class competitions, water slide, and more. Starting at 12:30 p.m., Student DJ Ziza will be on Admission Porch while students enjoy spike ball and volleyball nets, and finish the day with a water balloon and color powder fight. Wear a shirt that you don’t mind getting messy! The Rita’s Water Ice Truck will be here from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
SATURDAY: Bonfire and s’mores from 7:00-9:30 p.m. for all students in the woods at the outdoor fireplace along the XC trail, and from 9:30-10:45 p.m. for seniors only. Faculty member Pete Holland will be performing and singing!
SATURDAY: Our last 
SUNDAY: Brunch in the Walton tent outside. Affinity Alliance Day programming from 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
