Gabriella M. ’22

Newtown, PennsylvaniaDay Student
Gabriella has discovered that meeting “random” friendly people isn’t at all random at George School.

Has anything surprised you about George School?

I have been genuinely surprised with how friendly everyone is at George School. Random teachers and students will hold the door or greet me, which always makes my day. Seeing everyone be welcoming makes me feel that I belong to an open and friendly community.

What do you like to do outside of the classroom?

This year I have really enjoyed going to Spike Ball Club. It is a fun activity, where I can get my mind off homework, spend time with friends, and get to know new people.

Describe a quintessential George School moment.

Whenever I see someone sitting alone at lunch, I always go and sit with them or invite them to sit with my friends and me.
