International Students: Submit Your I-20 Information

As an international student, you must obtain an I-20 form George School and a F-1 student visa from the US government. It can take weeks to process your requests, so leave yourself as much time as possible. After you have completed your enrollment paperwork, you will need to submit:

  • A photocopy of the biographical page of your child’s valid passport for travel to the United States. The validity date must be at least six months beyond the student’s intended period of stay in the United States.
  • Financial evidence that shows the student’s parents have sufficient funds to cover the tuition and living expenses during the period of intended study.
  • Completed name verification document. The I-20 will be mailed to you via DHL to that address.
  • Students transferring to George School from another academic institution in the United States must send a completed transfer-in form.

If you have any questions, please contact Chelsea Colatriano at ccolatriano@georgeschool.org. You may also go to Your Guide to Studying in the States for further information, or you can email the SEVP Response Center at SEVP@ice.dhs.gov or call 703-603-3400.
